Peek A Boo

Hey, it's another video! This is Lucy playing peek a boo like a big girl. You'll notice an abrasion on her forehead: there was a stroller incident (involving a runaway bicycle).

New Camera

We bought a new camera, as our old one was biting the dust. Now Jamie's taking unlimited pictures on the old one, which he's pretty pleased about.

And the new one takes a better video (the real video camera still not connecting to the computer and we, um, keep forgetting about it):

Jamie Made a Mess

I don't know if you can see the bubbles behind the sink, but they're there. And the soap bottle is full of water. He was "washing his hands."

Decorations

The stockings were hung by the chimney with care. The candles were lit and the lights turned off for Charlie's admiration.

The tree is up and lit and fascinating.

What could be more interesting?

Lucy has to go see everything. Happy Thanksgiving everybody!

Jamie Backpack

Jamie wasn't feeling well Saturday and wanted to be carried. Well, Mama needs her arms so we got out the ergo. He fit great and liked it, although he's clearly not his smiley self.

Lights

I got some lights for the boys' room. Charlie really likes the blinking kind.

They're in there in the dark, right now, doing who knows what and enjoying the colors.

Lucy got in on it too. Don't leave her out! She just wants to be part of everything her brothers do.

You can only see their outlines, but they're having a blast.

Playing Outside

Lucy now loves to play outside with her brothers.

She doesn't play with too much herself, just watches everyone and puts gross stuff in her mouth. But don't forget Jamie, at 17 months (just hours before Lucy was born!) - she'll get there.

Haircut

I trimmed Lucy's bangs. I don't think they look too bad, considering.

How does she look?

Car

We built a car out of a big box. (I asked what they wanted to make with the box. Jamie said a car. Charlie said a cantaloupe. Or an outlet. We went with car.)

They decorated it with markers.

They take great pleasure in the door

and the fancy steering wheel.

Then Charlie turned it into a naptime spot :)

Stuck

Jamie can get off his own shirt. Most of the time. Sometimes - "It's stuuuuuuuck!"

He did get it, after this. But he was pretty funny about the whole thing.

Lucy has a Snack

I haven't posted in a while, so here's some random Lucy.

Crackers are funny.
