Helen’s birthday

 Who could believe that Helen is one? She is such a fun and sweet little baby who is not so little anymore. She has said several words, although the only one she says regularly is no. She took a step, she loves the bath (she has 2 today), she hates wearing her patch, and she enjoys the chickens and cats.

It’s got hedgehogs in party hats! She does not care. This is our 4th try.

 Helen has had a bad cold and what perked her up was an early birthday gift of light up bath toys

When she felt a little better she got to go outside, accidentally in someone else’s coat. If her glasses seem slightly odd it’s because one lens fell out and we can’t find it anywhere! We ordered a new one, but at least this is the one that’s plain glass.

Bernadette’s birthday

Look who is 3!!

She wanted to relive the Fat Tuesday experience and asked for a “coffee pie with a coin” which is coffee cake with a ring. We planted the ring in her piece and she was pleased.

She got fun gifts

And we had Bluey cookies with special food-safe markers. Later we watched a movie with friends!

Lucy has been very popular this week. She assisted Max on his first trip down the big ski hill.

Helen keeps reaching for her and is mad when she goes away from her without playing.
