More tulips

We went with Jenn, Georgia, and Henry.

We went to the park after tulips and had a picnic. Tessa and Georgia were friends.

Tulips

We went to Texas tulips today and saw the fields they grow. Tessa liked the rainbow ones best.

It was only about 50° but it was so sunny it felt like summer.

Max and Lala

Last week Max started calling Lucy Lala and he has since embraced it in a big way. He's constantly looking for her and trying to get her attention. He isn't interested in trying any other child's name, although I've heard "where char char?" in the past. It's hard to resist devotion, so he has someone to do all the things for him, like read car books.

Fat Tuesday

It was the much anticipated All Candy Day today. Max quickly caught on.

I think this is the first year they basically ate it all. A few things no one liked, but even pacing themselves they got through it.

The boys were given this LEGO set and put it together in an afternoon.

We had some visitors this week! They read a lot of books.
