Bernadette is a mom! She loves baby very much.

Christmas

 First, here’s the official, everyone-looking-not-blurry, Christmas picture. Charlie is not delighted, but Isi is, and I’ve never gotten both.

We went out for a walk in the woods and Bernadette rode in the backpack. She seemed very suspicious of the whole thing.

Isi and Bernadette were playing together today and B was in charge of hair. She followed her all through the house, brushing.

Bernadette loves this book and will look at it all the time. I'm sure there is a reason why a child lined all the kitchen chairs up but I do not know what it is.

 For Max’s birthday, we went ice skating. Well, not me and Bernadette (or Charlie, who didn’t enjoy it).It was Isi and Justin’s first time!

Grandparents got kids a second swingset for Christmas! Now all the kids who love to swing can do it at once. Lucy would not stay in the picture to demonstrate.

 The church had an All Saints party, and the kids dressed up and told people about their saint in exchange for candy. They had so much fun.

Party

The scout Halloween party was yesterday and I didn't get any pictures of scary Lucy and James! But here are some attending children.

Nora is 10!

She wanted pear bread for breakfast, mozzarella sticks and pickles for lunch, monkey bread for cake, and pizza for supper. A whole decade of Nora!!

Best sisters

I'll say it again, Bernadette is a lucky kid. She has the most devoted siblings. She's potty training (it's going sloooooow) and Lucy is building with her to keep her amused. Also amused is Ferguson.

Bernadette loves this Biscuit book. She gets it out every day and yells Dog! Puppy! Cat!" Yes it is upside down and no she does not want me to fix that.
