Tessa’s overnight
This kid is obsessed with swinging. She's finally pumping her own legs.
Also here's what Max did at home

RV
Grandma and grandpa came with their new RV and three kids a night are staying with them. I think the boys acted like crazy hooligans at the lake but the girls are nicely building with sand.
Swimming
We used a friend's pool today and Isi swam for the first time. I can never decide if this suit is a strawberry or watermelon but everyone else agrees on 🍉
Friends
Tessa loaned Isi her blankie
And then came for a hug herself. Isi is more interested in her fingers.

I just can't get enough of this kid
But no kisses until he gets a wipe
Please note the couch full of cars in the background

More splashing
They're pretty close to Nealon there, but it's outside and chlorinated.
Even at 9, it was quite bright and hot. The adults are much more distant
Splash pad
We went to a park for the first time in months. We did the splash pad first thing, before there were many people. We met friends and tried to stay distant, with some success.
Max never liked these last year but today he was IN

3 months
Both baby time and quarantine time, fast and slow, it's been a crazy 3 months. But what a gift is this girl!
She coos and smiles and rolled over to tummy yesterday, I think a record for Junkel babies. She still loves to sit/sleep/walk with me but she's starting to think we might be separate people after all and sleeps some in her crib and lets other people and devices hold her. She has been in 4 buildings in her whole life (home, audiologist, pediatrician, church once) and has still not met grandparents, aunts and uncles, or friends. Everyone loves her beyond reason the fighting to hold her has not abated.
