Lucky baby

I frequently reflect how lucky Bernadette is. These siblings are her willing servants. They all clap for her when they see her every morning. They see her with her bike and vroom her around while she watches Doc McStuffins. It's a lot of devotion.

Justin took Lucy and Nora to his grandfather's military memorial service. A lot of family came!

Nora enjoyed the carousel and avoided nausea with crazy glasses. If you look up past her head there's a dragon. It had rings sticking out and people grab them as they go past. The last one is gold and wins a free ride.

Easter

We had a wonderful Easter! Family pictures were iffy

We got a decent family one (kinda cut off here, sorry Isi's pigtails) and then everyone was behaved well enough for a donut in church.

Egg hunting was fun. Bernadette had two eggs, each with an M&M, and she was mesmerized.

James is the Isi helper.

We got them color-your-own kites and they were a huge success. Today was a perfect day for flying kites.

Max's headphones broke so his new plan is to tape in ear buds

Then we went on a hike. It was in the uppers 60s and breezy. They looked for ducks but they're loud.

Bernadette tried riding on my back, and it went pretty well. Happy Easter, He is risen!

Hike

 Justin, Charles, and James took a 10 mile hike which was snowier than they anticipated.

Frozen waterfall. James got in snow hip deep and had to be pulled free.
