House update

Nora has been pushing her car around the floor driving it. She's pretty cute. 

I taught her a car sound too :) Then she realizes her beloved is outside and tries to call him in.

The bandaids are from her many shots at her 1 year appointment this morning. She was unhappy. But she's growing great! She's 27 3/4 inches long and 18 lb 2 oz.

We have this space next to the fireplace that isn't really good for much. It's got cords in the walls and such. But Nora has claimed it for her own.

The big kids love to wear their footie jammies and "skate" - which is like it sounds - they

 slide along the floor. We got Nora in hers too and got a family picture.

The boys were insistent they wear these clothes, even though they wore them yesterday. Lucy is wearing sock "glubs" - you know, so she can control her powers

We went to the nursing home 

While we were there, Jamie saw an ASPCA commercial and was sad for the dogs

Then we went to Costco and brought home hot dogs to eat while we worked on our neglected school

Yea! It's nap time, and I get Dr Pepper and purring

Then we walked to Faith Formation classes. It's St John Paul II's first feast day and he loved the outdoors, so we tried it out too.

Lucy's birthday

The things Lucy said she wanted for her birthday were an Elsa and Anna balloon and a cake. So yesterday we got her a balloon. She was very happy with it.

First we went to breakfast. There was a video shooting game and Lucy had to practice. She's wearing her favorite polka dot dress and new shoes and pink coat...and is ready to hunt.

We gave Lucy a scooter and helmet for her birthday and she was very excited to try it.

 They were all excited they could all scooter together.

So excited we needed to scooter to church

I had to carry it part of the way, but they had fun

We went to a movie (Lucy's activity choice) and she got some Frozen undies she really liked examining.

 She wore the balloon all day

 Grandma Patti sent Frozen figurines as cake toppers, and she was excited.
